As the company enters a significant phase of growth and strategic transformation, it is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function and help prepare the business for a sale to private equity.

The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial control, driving financial performance and positioning the company for a successful transaction. This is a hands‑on role and the ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a small finance team in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and will be immediately available.
