The business is seeking a commercially astute, forward-thinking Finance Director who is both strategic and hands-on. You'll take ownership of the financial infrastructure, driving clarity and control across the organisation. As a key member of the Board, your insight and leadership will underpin the brand's continued success-delivering immediate impact while playing a vital role in shaping its long-term future.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, agile Finance Director who thrives in a dynamic market. You'll need the ability to adapt quickly, realign strategies, and evolve our financial structure to meet the demands of an ever-changing industry. Strong commercial insight, sharp business acumen, and a proactive mindset are essential.
This isn't a traditional technical FD role - we're looking for a forward-thinking leader who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels. You'll work closely with a collaborative leadership team, helping to shape the direction of the business and drive its next phase of growth.
In This Role You'll:
• Lead the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
• Own the group's budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial strategy
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, tax, payroll and regulatory requirements
• Present financial updates to the board and advise on risk and commercial opportunities
• Take ownership for the finance and accounting strategy, produce Board reports for meetings and communicate this clearly with the leadership team
• Drive improvements in systems, reporting, and operational efficiencies
• Work closely with Ops, HR and senior leadership to align financial goals with business performance
• Support on growth plans, including new site openings and investment modelling- Preparation of the annual budgets and a 5-year plan for all companies/business departments which will include detailed financial budgets and cash flow forecasts
