Job description

Onboarding

• Ensuring that client and job codes are opened within our practice management system accurately and on a timely basis to enable: prompt commencement of work; and adherence with our internal risk controls.
• Provide regular updates on onboarding progress, code setup status, and data quality issues to relevant stakeholders.

Data Integrity

• Acting as a key data custodian with ownership for financial client and job codes.
• Ensuring that data integrity is maintained across systems, including reconciliation of data across multiple platforms (e.g. STAR, CEAC, Sentinel, Exiger) to ensure consistency and eliminate duplication or misalignment.
• Ensure codes are correctly structured and aligned with engagement types, billing requirements, and reporting needs.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in client/job data, including tax rate mismatches, office mis
