Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE as a qualified Accountant.
• Strong people management skills required.
• Familiarity with FRS102 and IFRS essential.
• Proven experience in leading audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee all financial and tax reporting for governance.
• Act as Tax Lead for the UK and Ireland, ensuring robust reporting.
• Manage audit functions and enhance finance processes.
