Job summary

PwC Channel Islands is seeking a Manager, Financial Control to lead financial control, reporting and governance. You will partner with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely information for statutory and management reporting. Travel within the Channel Islands and occasional UK travel may be required.

The role focuses on strengthening controls, operating model alignment, and delivering high-quality financial outputs to support business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Fully qualified UK accountant designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ finance experience in control, reporting or related role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate external audits and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain balance sheet governance with reconciliations and evidence.
