Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Finance Control Manager for a Bristol-based, hybrid role on a 3‑month contract. You will lead financial controls, governance and reporting across a major programme, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting and compliance.

You will document controls, drive process improvements, partner with stakeholders, and support audits in a large-scale telecoms environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) required.
• Strong background in financial controls, governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience operating within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of improving finance processes and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controls and governance activities across a major business programme.

My client, a leading telecommunications organisation are looking for an experienced Finance Control Manager to join a high profile finance transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong financial controls, governance, and accounting experience to play a key role in driving process improvements, enhancing confidence in financial reporting, and standardising finance operations across a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial controls and governance activities across a major business programme.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial accounting and reporting.
