Qualifications

  • Holder of a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Experience of senior finance role in the social housing sector.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and FRS102, expertise required.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the monthly closing and consolidation process.
  • Document and improve financial control processes.
  • Create risk assessed procedure documentation for finance activities.

Skills

Experience in senior finance role in social housing sector
Knowledge of IFRS and FRS102
Knowledge of tax in relation to social housing sector
Strong Excel skills
Skills in implementing strong financial controls

Education

Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA)
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
