A healthcare organization in Port Talbot is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a clerical support role in the Finance/General Office. The position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of financial procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Applicants should hold at least 4 GCSEs including Math’s and English, with organizational skills necessary for managing various tasks in a busy environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person, to provide clerical support to the integrated Finance/General Office. The post holder must have excellent communication and written skills. Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality when liaising with staff, patients and service users. Knowledge of Health Boards Financial Procedures with regards to cash handling, banking, petty cash, patient valuables and money. The successful candidate will be computer literate and be efficient in using the Microsoft Office packages and WPAS.
