A regional health authority in Port Talbot seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide clerical support within the Finance/General Office. Responsibilities include reimbursement of patient expenses, banking, and general office duties. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of financial procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. Bilingual applications are encouraged.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide clerical support to the integrated Finance/General Office. The post holder must have excellent communication and written skills, demonstrate high levels of confidentiality when liaising with staff, patients and service users, and have knowledge of Health Boards Financial Procedures with regards to cash handling, banking, petty cash, patient valuables and money. The successful candidate will be computer literate and efficient in using Microsoft Office packages and WPAS.
