About the Role

This is an 18-month fixed term project focused on supporting an ERP implementation within the organisation. You will play a key role in transforming and standardising finance processes and master data across multiple business segments, ensuring alignment with global templates and compliance frameworks.

Location & Travel

Preferred location: UK Poland or Denmark
Travel requirement: assessed on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and make key process decisions during design workshops.
• Design workflows, controls, and reporting structures within the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with global finance standards, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies and governance frameworks.
• Co‑lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance processes.
• Drive organisational change and support end‑user training and adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve issues promptly.
• Define KPIs for ERP‑enabled finance processes and monitor post‑go‑live performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.

Project Phases

• Design: Analyse local processes, assess data structures, and perform FIT/GAP analysis against global templates.
• Planning: Develop rollout strategies, approve documentation, and support change management activities.
• Execution: Ensure consistent implementation across sites, oversee testing, and lead post‑go‑live improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of finance experience in an industrial environment, with strong costing knowledge.
• Hands‑on ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience managing large‑scale, complex projects.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving circumstances.
