City St George’s, University of London invites applications for a Finance Partnering role within the Finance Team in London. The post focuses on budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support schools and the directorate.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent, be part-qualified, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Degree educated (or equivalent experience) and ideally part-qualified.
• Strong financial, organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience in budgets, financial processes and value for money principles.
• Proactive team player with ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with governance and continuous improvement focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Business Partnering team through project management, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor income streams (including NHS funding), preparing accruals, prepayments and journals, and supporting Schools and the Finance Directorate.
• Produce project reports, dashboards and financial analysis, ensure accurate treatment of income and resolve queries, and assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
