As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our strategic vision and profitability goals. You'll partner with commercial teams to deliver insights that drive growth, efficiency, and better outcomes for our customers. Responsibilities
  • Partner with UK & Africa teams to support commercial success and achieve profit and growth targets.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting, including P&L analysis and insightful commentaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Support planning and forecasting processes, including annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Analyse key performance drivers such as claims and commission trends, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop robust financial business cases for commercial decisions, pricing initiatives, and transformation projects.
  • Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams, influencing outcomes and sharing knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant with strong commercial awareness – please specify your qualification on your application.
  • Experience in business partnering at all levels is essential.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and a knack for turning data into clear insights.
