Job summary

NES Fircroft in Birmingham is hiring a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support financial reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement during a SAP S/4HANA migration project.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, deliver KPI dashboards and partner with operations to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or part qualification.
• Experience in finance business partnering, management accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP/S4HANA experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP S4HANA system migration.

Role Finance Business Partner - (to support SAP S/4HANA Migration Project) Based Birmingham B46 Rate £24.00 p/h - £26.00p/h + holidays (rate equiv. to £46/50k) Negotiable Duration 6 months initially

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance through financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in financial planning while supporting a major SAP S/4HANA migration project.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Support the SAP S/4HANA system migration.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Produce KPI reports, dashboards, and business performance insights.
• Partner with operational managers to improve financial and operational performance.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Develop financial models and business cases for projects and investments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications :
