Job summary

Rooftop Housing Group in Evesham is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Revenue to provide high-quality financial business partnering to Customer, Property and Resources directorates. You will produce monthly management accounts, lead the annual budget process and work with senior managers to drive sound financial decision-making across the Group.

The role requires an ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA or equivalent qualification, proven experience in management accounting and budget setting, and strong

Responsibilities

• Provide financial business partnering support to budget holders across the organisation.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and support the statutory accounts process.
• Act as key Finance contact for our Repairs and Maintenance Contract.
• Lead, manage and develop the Assistant Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to: Senior Financial Planning Manager

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join us as Finance Business Partner providing high-quality financial business partnering to our Customer, Property and Resources directorates.This is a varied and influential role where you'll produce our monthly management accounts, lead the annual budget process, and work closely with senior managers to drive sound financial decision-making across the Group.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly management accounts, with variance analysis, commentary and forecasts

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
