Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions seeks a detail‑oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team to support the new Working Cell alignment. The role will be the key finance lead for two Working Cells – Helix & Earls Gate – responsible for preparing financial information, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to aid business decisions.

• Qualified Accountant with CA/ACCA or equivalent and strong experience in management accounting.
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis within a manufacturing/FT environment.
• Experience in cost control, inventory accounting and finance business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to two Working Cells (Helix & Earls Gate).
• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and budgets.
• Support EBITDA improvement and cash flow through cost control and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cell leadership to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
