Job summary

Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a pro-active Management Accountant to join our client in Kidderminster. You will produce monthly management accounts, lead month-end close, and provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decisions.

The role requires part-qualified status (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or working towards a professional qualification, plus strong Excel and ERP experience. A commercial partner within the business, you will work closely with site teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or studying towards a professional qualification.
• Strong management accounting knowledge including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end close processes with accurate reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasts with variance commentary.
• Produce cash flow forecasts and reporting.
• Support payroll accounting and finance leases accounting.
