A leading luxury travel firm in Greater London is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee financial and operational performance. You will manage both direct and indirect reports, ensuring accurate financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years' accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a knack for translating finance information for non-financial colleagues. Qualifications

  • Must have accounting qualifications and at least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor and review financial and operational KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Provide financial insight and accountability to upper management.

Skills

5+ years accounting experience; CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
Previous line manager experience
Commercially minded
Strong communication & influencing skills
Attention to detail, highly analytical
Advanced Excel skills
Intermediate Power Point skills
