Finance Business Partner, Full Time, Thurrock Campus South Essex Colleges Group is seeking an outstanding Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strengthening organisational decision-making, and supporting the long-term sustainability of our ambitious and growing Group. In this influential role, you will work closely with budget holders and senior managers to provide clear financial insight, real-time analysis and high-quality advice that improves decision making and supports organisational priorities. You will translate complex data into accessible information, contribute to monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure strong financial governance and compliance.
