Financial Business Partner (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Financial Business Partner to join our Finance team in Ashford on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role at IC24, helping us strengthen our financial insight and support decision-making across our healthcare services. You’ll work closely with managers and clinicians to help them understand their financial position, plan effectively, and deliver value for money - all while ensuring resources are used in ways that make the biggest difference for our patients and communities.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, you’ll play a pivotal part in producing high‑quality financial reporting, shaping budgets, and influencing a culture of financial accountability. It’s a great chance to use your expertise to make an impact while developing your business partnering skills in a purpose‑driven social enterprise.
You’re a confident communicator and natural collaborator who can make complex financial information clear and actionable. You enjoy working across diverse teams and helping others use financial data to drive meaningful outcomes.
