This role involves producing financial reports, shaping budgets, and supporting decision-making with financial insights. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, skilled in management accounting and business partnering, ideally with experience in healthcare or not-for-profit sectors. A salary range of £60,466 - £63,860 per annum is offered along with various benefits.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Financial Business Partner to join our Finance team in Ashford on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role at IC24, helping us strengthen our financial insight and support decision-making across our healthcare services. You’ll work closely with managers and clinicians to help them understand their financial position, plan effectively, and deliver value for money - all while ensuring resources are used in ways that make the biggest difference for our patients and communities.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, you’ll play a pivotal part in producing high-quality financial reporting, shaping budgets, and influencing a culture of financial accountability.
