A leading FMCG company in Trowbridge is seeking a Financial Business Partner for Performance and Reporting. You will support crucial month-end reporting and forecasting processes, providing insights to drive performance in the UKI market. Ideal candidates will have strong accounting and financial skills, advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency, and a proactive approach. The role offers a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, plus bonus and benefits.

This role sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as part of the wider CBU Finance team. As a key role within FP&A Performance and Reporting, the role will be a critical support in month end and forecasting, as well providing insights and analysis required for stakeholders to support driving the UKI performance.
As the FBP for Performance and Reporting you will:
Accounting and Financial Expertise: You have a solid background in accounting and finance, with hands‑on experience in these fields.

Effective Prioritization and Delegation: You excel at prioritizing, delegating, and arbitrating tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Analytical Mindset: You have a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Please note that the salary on offer for this position is between £50,000 & £60,000 + bonus & benefits.
