Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role in Kent involves leading budgeting and forecasting, delivering insightful reports, and improving financial processes. Ideal candidates are qualified accountants with over 5 years of experience in financial services, excellent analytical and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' cost accounting or management accounting or business partnering experience within Financial Services (preferably banking).
• Immediately available or on a short notice period.

Location: Hybrid - Kent

Pay Rate: £450 - £550

We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a high growth challenger bank on a 6-month contract.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across Group functions.
• Deliver clear, insightful monthly reports and variance analysis.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and cost awareness across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with governance and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• You must be immediately available or on a short notice period.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years' cost accounting or management accounting or business partnering experience within Financial Services (preferably banking).
• Strong analytical, Excel and financial systems skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
