Salary circa £43,000 per annum plus 34 days leave rising to 39 and matching pension contribution up to 7%

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial analysis to support development and delivery decisions
  • Track monthly changes in our pipeline and explain the financial impact
  • Partner with project managers to challenge and improve performance
  • Support the Lead Finance Business Partner with reporting and insights
  • Help us make smart, commercial choices that benefit our customers

Qualifications
  • A part or full finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent experience
  • Strong business partnering skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience in a finance team, ideally within development or delivery
  • An eye for detail and a clear view of the bigger picture
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, changing environment

We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
