Overview

Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on turning insight into impact? Do you enjoy partnering with business leaders to drive performance and shape strategic decisions? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Commercial Finance division, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and insightful management information to the Divisional MD and leadership team.
  • Deliver analysis that drives performance improvement and supports decision-making.
  • Evaluate financial outcomes of key projects, both pre- and post-investment.
  • Act as a key contact for external audit queries related to Commercial Finance.
Qualifications
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with 2-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in business partnering within financial services - experience in working capital finance (e.g. invoice discounting or factoring) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
  • Advanced Excel skills; TM1, Power BI or SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • A proactive, commercially focused mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
