We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance business partner to support Vista’s Finance Business Partnering function. This role ensures accurate reporting, robust analysis, and continuous improvement of finance processes. You will take ownership of reporting cycles, provide actionable insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across maintenance and operations.

Your Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for assigned entities and business areas.
  • Ensure completeness of accruals and prepayments, accurate cost allocation, and capitalization of expenses.
  • Review, reconcile, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyse results, challenge data, and provide clear explanations for variances against budget.
  • Present financial performance insights and cost analysis to management, including ad-hoc analysis as required.
Audit & Compliance Support
  • Partner with Financial Accounting to prepare documentation and analysis for external auditors.
  • Ensure proper controls, checkpoints, and documentation are in place to support compliance and governance.
Commercial & Contract Analysis
  • Review contracts and provide feasibility analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Identify, document, and present cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Process Improvement & Team Contribution
  • Document, standardize, and update finance processes and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a finance business partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and challenge financial data.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting and visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting cycles.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to assess contract and cost implications.
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in aviation is preferred.
