Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract, with a hybrid setup (2 days on site) across Bristol, East Midlands and Warwick. You will partner with senior operational leaders, lead budgeting and forecasting, and influence key investment decisions to shape financial performance.

The role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and strong stakeholder management to deliver commercially focused insights and robust financial governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience as Finance Business Partner or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and planning experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and planning experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting operational or commercial leaders.
• Ability to work independently and quickly build credibility.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
