END. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in a high-impact role based in the UK. You will translate financial performance into clear insights, partner with senior stakeholders, and support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning.
You will challenge assumptions, develop financial models, assess investment opportunities and drive commercially grounded decisions across our retail and e-commerce operations. A FC/FP&A background is essential.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the business.
This is a broad and high-impact role, combining commercial finance, business partnering, forecasting, analysis and performance reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, translating financial and operational performance into clear insights, challenging performance where appropriate and helping the business make better-informed decisions.
