A leading charity organization in the UK seeks a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insights and analysis. You'll prepare monthly management accounts, support budget setting, and work closely with operational managers to drive improvement. The ideal candidate should possess an AAT qualification or equivalent experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package includes 27 days annual leave and a pension scheme.

Salary range: £38,960 - £48,000
Permanent role 37 hours per week
