About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Finance Business Partner to join our warm and welcoming resort-based Finance team in a role that’s as hands-on as it is rewarding. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact, supporting our vibrant operational teams on resort and collaborating with our support centre to help shape smart, strategic decisions that drive the business forward.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours a week, where no two days are ever quite the same. Whether you're diving into data, coordinating stock takes, supporting continuous process improvements, or playing a key part in budgeting and forecasting, you’ll be right in the heart of the action.

You’ll also support our Caravan P&L and help keep everything running smoothly across accounts, purchasing, and cashier processes. If you love being part of a team where your insights and ideas really matter, you’ll feel right at home here.

About You

You’ll be a qualified or part-qualified accountant, already working towards your qualification and ready to bring your skills and passion to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. With a strong grasp of financial principles and a love for turning numbers into stories, you’ll enjoy digging into data and finding ways to make things better.

You’re someone who builds great relationships effortlessly, confident in communicating both in person and in writing, and always happy to collaborate with people across the business.

You’re also highly organised, detail-oriented, and full of initiative. With solid Excel skills and a curious, commercial mindset, you’re able to see the bigger picture—spotting trends, opportunities, and risks in key areas like Retail, Payroll, and Operating Expenses.
