Salary: £50k - 55k per year + Hybrid working

We’re partnering with a large, well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing FP&A team.

This is a commercially focused role, ideal for a qualified accountant with a proven track record in finance business partnering, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to influence senior leaders.

The role

Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight, challenge and decision support

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis

Deliver clear, value-adding management information and scenario modelling

Review and challenge business cases and investment proposals

Line management responsibility with a focus on coaching and development

Work collaboratively within a large FP&A function, ensuring consistency and best practice

About you

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable finance business partnering experience

Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment

Able to influence and challenge at senior level using robust financial insight

Experience leading or mentoring finance team members
