Finance Business Partner

Hours: 36.5 hours

Grade: G - £45,147 - £52,291

Type: Permanent

Location: Rose Hill

Job Purpose:

To support the Senior Finance Business Partner by providing proactive, professionally qualified support and guidance to budget holders for managing their FAUs. The focus is on ensuring optimal use of departmental resources based on sound financial reasoning.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Fully qualified CCAB Accountant
• Experience in a large, complex financial environment, particularly in budget management
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivate, and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders, challenging budget managers, and presenting financial information clearly to non-financial officers and senior management
