Overview

Reed Finance is working with a client based in the Hamilton area to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The role is newly created and reports to both the Managing Director and Head of Finance. Our client is open if the individual is qualified or qualified by experience.

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for managing the financial health, integrity, and compliance of the company by overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes. Acting as a key advisor to senior management, the role plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting, providing analysis and insight to support business strategy
  • Conduct variance analyses, budget vs. actual dashboard comparisons, and ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior leadership to drive operational and strategic decisions
  • Support operational management with relevant performance insights and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with business departments to identify and drive performance improvements.
