A not-for-profit healthcare innovation organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide expert financial support for life-changing healthcare projects. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who shares our commitment to integrity, collaboration and innovation. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager you will provide expert financial support and insight to teams delivering life changing healthcare projects and initiatives.
You will be a key link between finance and operations, helping budget holders plan effectively, manage resources responsibly and understand the financial impact of their decisions.
You will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or bring equivalent experience with a strong background in financial management, analysis and business partnering.

We offer flexible working arrangements and support hybrid working. All staff typically spend a minimum of 40% of their working time at the office (i.e. for a minimum of 2 days a week if full‑time or 40% of your working time for part‑time staff). This can be averaged over a 3‑month period.
