We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team based from our Head Office in London Bridge.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide strategic financial insight, questionning and support to senior stakeholders across Engineering (Fleet Strategy & Fleet Maintenance), helping to drive performance and inform decisions. You will head financial planning, forecasting and performance management, ensuring resources are aligned to organisational priorities and deliver value for money.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations, promoting accountability and supporting the delivery of business objectives.
You will also direct, coach and develop an Assistant Management Accountant, building capability and fostering a high-performing finance team.
