The Finance Business Partner role sits within the finance team, working closely with the CFO and divisional leaders to provide financial insight and support for key projects. You’ll act as the link between finance and operations, helping drive strategic decisions and optimise processes.

• Work closely with the CFO and divisional leaders to provide financial insight and support for key projects
• Analyse financial data to guide strategic decisions and ensure alignment with business goals
• Oversee project budgets and monitor financial performance to keep initiatives on track
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and updates for stakeholders across the business
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions to improve processes and outcomes

• Fully qualified accountant (AAT or ACA) with strong financial analysis and reporting expertise
