Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Warehousing & Logistics team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for acting as a trusted finance partner for key operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insights and analysis that ensure financial commitments are delivered. This role supports customers within two major Iron Mountain's facilities in Lutterworth and Kettering.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy for both closed and open-book contracts.
  • Develop and manage contract profitability insights by tracking key drivers, identifying cost savings, and recommending efficiency improvements for operational and commercial performance.
  • Ensure strategic alignment by translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations that align short-, medium-, and long-term financial insights and risk assessments with business objectives.
  • Significant experience managing financial performance for commercial contracts within logistics, distribution, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment.
  • Proven ability to influence senior non-financial stakeholders, backed by excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Professional accounting qualification is highly preferred for this role.
