Veracious Talent Partners are supporting a manufacturing company with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Finance Business Partner.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with operational teams and make a direct contribution to business performance. You'll build relationships across the business, helping stakeholders understand their numbers and make informed decisions around costs, efficiency and profitability.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll combine hands-on financial analysis with business partnering across multiple sites. You'll be encouraged to understand how the operations work, challenge assumptions and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
The role offers broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cost analysis, with scope to influence decisions and improve how financial information is used throughout the business.
You'll have a strong grounding in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, with experience of working in a busy manufacturing environment. An ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is preferred, although candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered.
You'll be comfortable working with financial detail and equally confident discussing it with people outside finance. The ability to build relationships, ask the right questions and turn analysis into practical advice will be central to your success.
This would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, getting close to operations and seeing the impact of their work across the business.
The role offers up to £65,000 per annum, with four days onsite in Corby and regular travel to other sites. Travel expenses are covered.
