Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and driving commercial success? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, supporting a portfolio of key accounts within ISS UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on influencing decision‑making, delivering insights, and building strong client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing real‑time analysis and guidance that maximises value creation for our clients while minimising risk exposure.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be integral to the financial management and governance of client contracts. Your role will involve providing tools, analysis, and insight to support informed decision‑making and strategic planning.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including Key Account Managers, Directors, and Client representatives, ensuring financial performance is accurately reported and optimised.
This position requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to challenge and support the business in driving improvement initiatives. From cost reduction strategies to contract negotiations and process enhancements, you will help shape outcomes that deliver measurable results.
You will also ensure compliance with governance standards, client reporting requirements, and audit processes, safeguarding both ISS and client interests.
