Are you a commercially minded finance professional with the drive to make an impact across core business functions? We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Central Finance team, supporting HR, Marketing, Customer Services, and Finance - as well as leading consolidated central overheads reporting and budget consolidation as part of the FP&A function. You'll be at the heart of our Central operations, shaping financial performance across a range of business-critical areas. • Partnering with HR, Customer Services, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver insight-driven financial reporting and analysis.
• Reviewing weekly performance and cost variance drivers, and chairing monthly performance meetings with stakeholders.
• Leading the month-end reporting process and owning stakeholder reporting packs across central functions.
• Supporting the annual budget and forecast process, producing consolidated packs for onward communication.
• Creating cost models for new projects, agency spend, and commercial initiatives.
• Monitoring cost-saving initiatives and providing clear, data-led recommendations for efficiencies.
• Managing central overheads reporting and full budget consolidation, including system uploads and accuracy assurance.
