A leading charity organization in Birmingham is looking for a Finance Business Partner to manage financial resources and support organizational goals. This hybrid role requires a finance professional with retail accounting expertise and the ability to prepare accurate management reports. Sense has a fantasticopportunity for someone to join our Finance team as our Finance Business Partner. This is a full time hybrid position working 37.5 hours per week between home and our office in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
The Finance Team plays a crucial role in managing the financial resources of the organisation. Our team ensures the financial health of the organisation, supporting all departments to achieve their goals through sound financial practices and comprehensive financial oversight. The successful candidate will ideally have a retail accounting background with knowledge of EPOS systems, and will be responsible for the preparation of regular, timely and accurate financial management information including budgets, forecast, cost centre reports, analysis and commentaries and ensure that non-financial managers can interpret the data to understand the financial implications and consequences of their decisions. You will assist in ensuring the financial good health and appropriate financial management. There will also be regular visits to our site in Crayford.
