You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decisions, working closely with management. We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Financial Business Partner to join our Finance team in Ashford. This is an exciting time to join IC24 as we continue to evolve our Finance function to be more forward-looking, insight-driven, and connected across our organisation.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making. You’ll work closely with managers and clinicians across our services to help them understand their numbers, plan effectively, and make financially sound choices that improve patient care.
This is a true business partnering role – one where you’ll go beyond reporting to become a trusted advisor. You’ll help teams build financial understanding, identify opportunities for efficiency, and translate complex information into actionable insights.
