M&G in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Finance Actuarial professional to join on a 12-month fixed-term basis, providing leadership and technical delivery across propositions, BPA growth and valuation models while collaborating with Finance, Commercial, Risk and Technology.
This role targets a qualified actuary with extensive insurance experience and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop governance papers, and implement robust controls within complex programmes.

Finance Business Development sits at the centre of proposition development, business change and strategic delivery across M&G. We work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Risk and Technology to ensure new products, transactions and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively while maintaining robust controls. .
We are seeking experienced Finance Actuarial professionals to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support us through a period of intense growth. Successful candidates will provide leadership, expertise and delivery support across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, supporting some or all of: proposition development, BPA growth, development of methodologies and assumptions, development of valuation models and controls.
This role is suitable for either an experienced manager or technical specialist who can operate independently, influence senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance in their area of specialism. The particular areas of speciality we are most interested in are defined benefit pensions, Solvency UK capital, reinsurance, with-profits, and model development.
