Job description
What you'll be doing Process Efficiency and Automation

Reporting to the Senior AR Credit and Solutions Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • KYC/Onboarding Automation: Identify manual steps within the KYC and client onboarding data flow for automation, ensuring rapid and accurate data transfer from client-facing systems to core financial and risk assessment tools.
  • Automation Implementation: Work directly with internal technical teams (Dev/IT) to define requirements, and project manage the delivery of process automation initiatives.
  • Financial Task Reduction: Prioritise and automate highly manual and labour-intensive financial processes which prevent Collections agents from having up-to-date information.
  • System Integration: Take responsibility for ensuring all core systems (including credit insurance portals and internal CRMs) integrate effectively to support a seamless credit assessment process.
Data Cleansing and System Support
  • Data Cleansing and Integrity: Analyse current data flows to identify and resolve issues that cause inaccurate or delayed information on the ledger, including data quality issues stemming from the onboarding phase.
  • Process Documentation: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all new automated and streamlined processes.
  • Support Managerial Goals: Execute projects and initiatives prioritised by the Accounts Receivable Managers ensuring all efficiency gains align with improved client experience.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Interest in embracing and onboarding new technology to help drive automation.
  • Experience in process analysis, design, and automation (e.g., use of, and understanding the potential of RPA tools, or system-level configuration).
  • Background in Credit Control/Credit Services is key.
  • Experience identifying and solving workflow problems related to financial data (e.g., ledgers, cash).
  • Work with technical development teams and translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, Onboarding, Collections and Credit Services processes.
  • NetSuite experience would be advantageous
