A leading media company in Bath is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to optimize internal workflows in Credit Services. The role focuses on automating manual tasks related to KYC and Credit processes. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in Credit Control and experience working with technical teams to implement process improvements. The credit services team is one of three core teams in the Accounts Receivable function at Future. Working alongside the collections and billing teams, the Credit Services team are responsible for assessing credit risk, as well as onboarding new customers.
The Finance Business Analyst is a technical role focused on optimising internal back‑office workflows within the Credit Services and Collections teams, with a particular focus on the KYC, Onboarding, Collections and Credit Insurance procedures. This individual will drive efficiency by automating manual, high‑volume tasks.
The expected range for this role is £28,000 - £35,000.
