Data Cleansing and System Support
  • Data Cleansing and Integrity: Analyse current data flows to identify and resolve issues that cause inaccurate or delayed information on the ledger, including data quality issues stemming from the onboarding phase.
  • Process Documentation: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all new automated and streamlined processes.
  • Support Managerial Goals: Execute projects and initiatives prioritised by the Accounts Receivable Managers ensuring all efficiency gains align with improved client experience.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Experience in process analysis, design, and automation (e.g., use of, and understanding the potential of RPA tools, or system‑level configuration).
  • Background in Credit Control/Credit Services is key.
