About the Finance Broker

We're seeking experienced Finance Brokers to join as self-employed associates. The role focuses on securing property and business finance, with approximately 80% real estate finance (commercial mortgages, semi-commercial, buy-to-let portfolios) and 20% commercial finance (trade, invoice, and asset finance).

You'll work with an established introducer network while also developing your own relationships. Full training is available on asset and invoice finance, giving you the tools to expand your product knowledge and earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, introducers, and lenders.
  • Analyse client needs and present tailored finance solutions.
  • Facilitate applications and negotiate with lenders to secure the best terms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance.
  • Expand your professional network to drive new business growth.
Broker Package
  • Commission Split: 70/30 on self-generated leads, 50/50 on company-provided leads.
  • Commission: Negotiable based on experience and client bank relationships.
  • Leads: Provided directly by the company.
  • Earning Potential: £50k-£100k+ realistic OTE.
  • Training will be provided in Commercial Finance if needed
