Job summary

Thriving Investments Limited is seeking a Finance Associate to join a growing investment business focused on affordable housing with both strong financial performance and social impact. You will support growth of ReSI LP and ReSI Homes, collaborating with senior leaders on corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You’ll contribute to investor reporting, stakeholder management, and financial management across the portfolio, including audit, tax, and compliance activities to

Qualifications

• ACA (or equivalent professional accounting qualification) with up to 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
• Experience preparing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting or management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience working with complex financial data and producing clear, accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance activities including financial modelling, debt financing, liquidity planning and capital raising initiatives.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes with insights for investment decisions.
• Assist investor reporting and stakeholder management, including quarterly reporting, capital calls and distributions.
• Support financial management of ReSI Homes, including board reporting and lender reporting, plus regulatory returns.
