Job summary

ITV Consumer Limited 2024 seeks a finance and admin support professional to work closely with the Regional Finance Manager and Senior Finance Business Partner for ITV News regional coverage. You will handle month-end tasks, assist with budgets and headcount monitoring, and support ad-hoc financial activities across ITV News regions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to adapt to new financial systems.

Qualifications

Proven Excel proficiency and ability to handle data.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

Provide finance and admin support to ITV News regional teams.
Assist with month-end tasks, budgets and headcount monitoring.
Support budgeting/forecast processes and produce cost analyses.
Prepare News Monthly Reporting and Budget Packs.
Raise purchase orders and freelance contracts; manage staff overtime payments.
Collaborate with Regional Finance Manager and Senior Finance Business Partner on ad-hoc financial tasks.
Coordinate Environmental data for ITV Environmental reporting, including Albert data.
