TalentYard Ltd is recruiting a Finance Assistant for a friendly recruitment client in London. You will support the Finance Manager and Director across invoicing, AP and reconciliation tasks in a hybrid setup with Mondays from home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accounts/finance administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with invoicing, AP processes, and reconciliations.
• Good communication skills for liaising with freelancers and clients.

Responsabilités

• Manually raise client invoices based on timesheets and expenses.
• Process timesheet payments and reconcile data via the client portal.
• Perform monthly Amex and company credit card reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
