Job summary

LADbible Group is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Manchester team. This role covers both accounts payable and accounts receivable, with opportunities to support the wider Finance Team during month-end.

You will work closely with colleagues to process invoices, raise purchase orders, manage supplier details, and assist with month-end duties. A proactive attitude and accuracy are essential for success in a fast-paced, growing business.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in finance and desire to develop skills.
• Experience in a finance or administrative role is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive and motivated approach; able to work with colleagues and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices through the purchase-to-pay system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and prepare them for payment.
• Raise purchase orders when required and set up new suppliers.
• Check and verify supplier details; manage expenses and card transactions.
• Support accounts payable/receivable inboxes and respond to queries.
• Assist with month-end activities including reconciliations and debt reviews.
