Job summary

Click Digital is recruiting a Finance Assistant for a leading Defence organisation based on site in Brize Norton. You will report to the Finance Director and support the Financial Controller with cost analysis, payroll accounting, billing, treasury, accruals and cost allocations.

You will maintain forecasts, work with operations to plan resources, and provide meaningful analytics for management and customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in financial analysis and cost forecasting.
• Experience supporting payroll accounting and treasury processes.
• Able to record, post and explain journals and cost allocations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost, revenue and cash forecast for the entity/function.
• Forecast resource plans and cost impact with operational teams.
• Record and evaluate risks or opportunities; assist in month-end processes.
• Liaise with managers to understand and control operational costs.
• Support invoicing processes and external/internal cost recognition.
• Provide analytics to support financial performance reporting.
